The weather was perfect for the 60th Season Opener at the Princeton Speedway, Don Eischens, Dan Mackenthun, Bud Martini, Mitchell Hribar, and Markia Smith recorded wins on opening night. Alan Bohlman and Bud Martini led the 17 car field of IMCA Northern Sportmods to green, Martini quickly took the lead leaving Bohlman, Erik Gruhlke and David Siercks racing for second, further back Jason Vejtruba and Brandon Mehrwerth were on the move quickly moving through the field and would soon join Bohlman...more

With the summer quickly approaching the end, it is time for the kids to get ready to go back to school. And what a better way to get that started than to win a new backpack loaded with school supplies! A big thanks to Viking Coca Cola for donating all the backpacks and supplies! 150 Lucky kids will be taking home a Princeton Speedway Powerade backpack!

Princeton Speedway will be running the traditional and winged sprint cars along with the micro sprints on August 19th. As well as the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Mods, Sport Compacts. Come on out and watch these guys on the fastest 1/4 they race on!

The end of the season banquet is being held December 3rd at the little falls ballroom in Little falls, MN. It is $20 per person. Social hour is at 5pm dinner at 6pm and awards to follow. Test and tune is April 15th from 10 until 5 $15 for car driver and $5 for whoever enters the pits. Sitting on the grandstand side is free.
